one more year... and one more Xmas.. and like others.. its Cold and freezeeennnnn!

this year... was @ my home.. so.. it was quite nice! but not so very special...

i dont like much this season.. Xmas its only a consumist season... or... only for the kids that adore open the presents...

its snowing over "behind the moutains" and "borders" i wish it could get here @ oporto.. or near..

maybe next year would be diferent... or not

ny daway.. this season hapears on tv much reports about solidarity... and about the homeless that spent the night all over the year... outside...
one day.. i´ll be doing something.. for it.. if im not ashamed.. whatever..

the series is about a blackout of 2m22seconds ( i think... ) that the all world suffered... and saw there own future... that should only happen 6 months later...

right now... i wish i could have a Blackout and see my own FlahsFoward.... for the year twenty-ten and in the same Time i wish i could have a Blackout and see my own Past.. so can i had a view of some of the things...

on my blackout of the flash-Past ... i probably.. would change some of the things... and other not.. but right now.. i wish i could only see or ear.... my past.. and if i could only ear.... i wish i could ear only the voice of the people.... and see... only Black... or white... so can i be focus in the sound... in the words... even knowing that i couldnt speak or do anything to change...

on my FlahsFoward... i just wanna see... and do nothing...

right now i got my heart squeezed.... or sometimes like somebody, nobody, everybody gave me a stab.. and he´s bleeding... slowly and smothly.. lets see how much i can stand like this...

lets write about the weather... is chill and frozen outside! today.. and during this days.. temperatures below Zero.. negatives or around Zero.. even when daylight on the afternoon... and some snow... all over north and interior... including @ Chaves... whatever...

tonights game SLB vs FCP for the 2nd place... since the 1st if for Braga

mostly i´ve been writing sad things... or marks on my life... i was think this during this sunday.. beacuse.. something has happened... and what goes around.... comes around...

but i do think also.. that ... not all is sad or lack of luck or infelicity or missfortune there are some happiness luck and fortune... or even just moments that i lived...

dont quite know... how to express this night.. because during this months of November and December... happened to much... in short space of time.. things that could or can change lifes... my life...

but its true.... that i mostly have will of write... when sad or big marks appears in my life.. go figure why...!

but one thing is real.. Music... can change my Mood.. i do like to ear it.. and thing on the lyrics of the bands.. and overstep them to my world.. and the real life! Some are so beautifull so pure... and so simple that i cant imagine what the creator felt when he created them.... but i asure that all music can change.. the mood of the people... including mine... for instance Undisclosed Desires of Muse.. so actual to me.. there for the videos.. of music... that i posted before... and will post in the future... it gives u... my way... of felling..

this afternoon when i was driving.. something strange occured: tears in my eyes.... it was strange beacause didnt ran down my face... it remained in the eyes.. maybe i was crying... inside... dont now... but i feel.... i need to cry...

Dia Mundial em Memória das Vítimas da Estrada

Hoje é "O Dia Mundial da Memória, reconhecido por todos os estados-membros da ONU (Resolução A/60/5), é uma iniciativa criada em 1993 pelas associações que compõem a Federação Europeia de Vítimas da Estrada, e apadrinhada pela Organização Mundial de Saúde."

Em Portugal, pelos vistos, os números não são coicidentes com a realidade, dado que o número de mortos, não são contabilizados, as pessoas que morrem após o acidente ou dentro dum prazo de 30 dias após os respectivos!!

o que é de lamentar, dado que por essa UE, estes dados estatisticos já fazem ou sempre fizeram parte desse número infeliz!

contudo tb quero afirmar, que a sinistralidade tem diminuido, desde 2000.. PT tem vindo a baixar o número de mortos e de feridos, contudo considero honesto dizer, que ainda morre muita gente por inconsciencia na condução!

Amigos, conduzir ou um Automovel não é um Brinquedo! é uma Máquina ( util nos dias de hoje e sempre ) que vos pode magoar e/ou Matar!

Sabiam que em Todo o Mundo ou pelo menos em PT, a condução é um fenomeno que mata mais gente!? muito mais que Doenças!!

é um facto que antigamente morria muita gente devido Às estradas e ao seu traçado, hoje em dia e com o progresso que temos, isso tem vindo a diminuir, contudo, muitos condutores esquecem.se que o Elemento mais fraco da circulação rodoviária, não são as vias, muito menos os automoveis, mas sim eles proprios enquanto conduzem!

o que conta são as atitudes e os comportamentos que se ^tem ao volante! e não vale a pena dizer: " ah eu cumpro o código! " Friends, that´s not the way!

já nem quero falar de Alcool, droga ou outras merdices... mas sim Bater numa Tecla ( again )

bem sinceramente achei a prova dificil! fiz a prova toda em aproximadamente 58 mins, pois lembreo.me de ter chegado à 100 e ter olhado pro tempo e ainda tinha 62 mins.. vim atrá.. alterei algumas, com a ajuda do Helder ( Lousadense ) em especial mecanica e ...mudei algumas que achei por bem mudar, mas não alterei mais de 5 ou 6 ... na folha... tinha aproximadamente 32 questões que tinha duvidas.. mas whatever in the final all went well! haviam peguntas bem dificeis.. que nunca tinha visto sequer ou imaginado que poderiam questionar...bem que interessa é que 1/3 tá feito! e pra quem nao pensava sequer fazer o curso.. its Great!

valeu a pena.. como jamais tinha feito.. Estudar Via Msn.. e conferencia..foi Giro! nca tinha estado tanto tempo ligado.. mas foi Bom! tecnologias...

Gripe A or H1N1 Part Three and News

pois é.. blogue.. já alguns dias que tinha vontade de te por os dedos nas teclas e em cima de ti...

aqui à alguns dias... morreu 1 pessoa no H.G.St. Antonio.. uns dizem porque tinha Gripe A... a Ministra e os Médico do Hosp. dizem que o doente estava em falha multi-organica e com uma rejeição senão me engano dum rim! este doente já estava internado há já algum tempo.. e por conseguinte... acabou desta forma! ( falta saber como é que ele... estando já internado desde algum tempo.. como ele apanhou o H1N1, pelos vistos ele esteve internado num local onde foi diagnosticado a 1 doente e a um profissional do Hosp. que tinha Gripe A) enfim...

Contudo a DGS não assumiu esta morte como Consequencia do H1N1!

Hoje Faleceu outra pessoa, esta Sim, considerada devido à Gripe A!
ele era o Candidato do CDS-PP à CM de OUREM, Diogo Castelino Alvim , tinha 49 anos.. e estava internado desde Agosto.. e morreu com com pneumonia que teve na Origem o H1N1 ( ou algo semelhante )

Hornet is Gone....

well... Hornet´s Gone...
i bought her in 2003.. and sold on 2009! 6 years.. of great riding.. but in the final 2... doesnt feel... the enjoy onf riding...

1st because i was affraid that i could go into Hosp. again with some balls injured..
2nd doenst have anymore the good feeling of speed.. and corners... the that changed alot during the years... maybe its about the age.. or not...

the 1st 3 years.. were great.. i had plenny of time to ride.. and i did do it.. but now adays.. dont have much time.. so.. the hornet were stoped for 1 or 2 years... not riding very much... only on vacations.. nothing special.. so i decided to sale it.. and i did..

i think i sold here cheapper.. but if not.. i would stayed with her another year.. and i didnt wannt it...

i was thinking to change for a Fortwo By Smart... but.. i didnt decided..

So.. i Sold it.. and just Gonne...

depois de alguns anos atrás.. ter havido a gripe das Aves H5N1... que pels vistos começou na China.. desta feita tempos a Gripe A ou Gripe Suina ou H1N1... e pelos vistos está atacar all Over..

em Portugal senao-me engano já vao em 300 ou 400 e alguns... e cada vez mais a cada dia..

parece absurdo isto acontecer.... mas foi realidade! Um homem deixou por esquecimento o filho dentro do carro... enquanto senao me engano foi trabalhar.. ou algo do genero.. a criança acabou por morrer julgo sufucada ou desidratada dentro do carro.. dado que nem a socorreu atempadamente...

"Um bebé de nove meses do sexo masculino foi encontrado morto, esta quinta-feira à tarde, no interior de um carro, no bairro da Forca-Vouga, Aveiro, esquecido várias horas pelo pai. Este foi ouvido na PJ, tendo saído em liberdade.

O bebé, João Pedro, esteve várias horas abandonado no interior do Opel Corsa do pai, que tinha os vidros fechados e estava estacionado ao sol quente da manhã de ontem. Tudo indica que o bebé, que estava sentado numa cadeirinha, tenha sofrido uma insolação que lhe provocou uma paragem cardio-respiratória.

O pai da criança, um homem de 35 anos, programador numa loja de informática na Rua de Timor e residente na cidade de Aveiro, deixou o bebé dentro do carro, estacionando o veículo em frente à loja onde trabalha, pouco depois das 9.30 horas.

Deveria ter deixado o bebé, com de costume, no berçário (um estabelecimento privado que acolhe crianças de reduzida idade) que se encontra a escassos dez metros do local onde trabalha. A necessidade de ter de fazer uma tarefa profissional da loja onde trabalha levou-o a protelar a entrega do bebé, que muitas das vezes era feita pela mulher.

Uma preocupação que seria fatal. Por volta das 13 horas, recebeu uma telefonema da mulher, empregada numa óptica em Aveiro, segundo soube o JN, a perguntar o que tinha acontecido ao filho, uma vez que do berçário lhe telefonaram a dizer que a criança não tinha aparecido.

Foi o pânico, segundo contaram ao Jornal de Notícias. Saiu da loja e foi direito ao carro que estava em frente, retirando o filho inanimado e levando-o até ao berçário.

Uma equipa de emergência médica chamada ao local tentou, em vão, reanimar João Pedro.

O dono da loja de informática onde trabalha o pai do bebé disse aos jornalistas que não encontra explicação para o sucedido. "Ele é um funcionário responsável", contou sem querer identificar-se. O casal tem uma filha mais velha.

Moradores na Rua de Timor, não encontram explicação para o sucedido. Uma moradora disse, ao JN, que por volta das 12.30 horas estacionou o seu carro mesmo por detrás do Opel Corsa onde estava o bebé. "Mas não vi nada. Estacionei e vim logo para casa, não ia imaginar uma coisa destas", comentou.

Uma equipa da Polícia Judiciária de Aveiro esteve no local e levou o pai da criança para as suas instalações, a fim de ser ouvido, a meio da tarde de ontem. Fonte da PJ disse ao Jornal de Notícias que não houve qualquer detenção, recusando prestar mais declarações. O bebé deve ser hoje autopsiado."

1 — Para além das funções de gestão corrente da escola, são deveres do subdirector e
do director, com as necessárias adaptações, os previstos no artigo 24.º e ainda:
a) Coordenar, orientar e fiscalizar os instrutores no cumprimento dos seus deveres;
b) Promover a actualização de conhecimentos dos instrutores;
c) Zelar pela transmissão de conhecimentos aos instruendos através de metodologias
adequadas;
d) Informar o titular do alvará sobre as questões respeitantes aos instrutores e ao
pessoal administrativo, bem como acerca da necessidade de melhoria das instalações e
do apetrechamento;
e) Fazer a avaliação formativa dos instruendos, apoiando o instrutor;
f) Analisar o registo das reclamações e propor as soluções adequadas, com
conhecimento à Direcção-Geral de Viação;
g) Dirigir a actividade da secretaria, designadamente o que respeita aos elementos de
registo da escola de condução.

maior Nevão desde à 20 e tal anos!

quando Nevou pela ultima vez aqui no Porto, tinha eu... uns 8 anos.. pelo menos Lembro-me que andava na Esc. Primária do Bonfim No Porto... e assim do Nada começou a Nevar! WEEE lembro-me perfutamente!

hoje.. temos escolas fechadas, estradas cortadas, carros abandonados pq nao conseguem prosseguir... enfim..

locais com Neve:
Braga, Guimarães, Barcelos, Famalicão, Paredes Coura, Gêres, Santo Tirso, Baião, Fafe, Viseu enfim.... já não falo em Vila Real ou Bragança... ou Estrela... pq isso deve estar All White!

Estradas Cortadas... até mesmo aqui em Valongo-Baltar, A3 Braga-Famalicão, já nao falo na A41 Fafe-VilaPouca de Aguiar ou a A24 Viseu-Vila Real-Vila Pouca de Aguiar, Chaves-Montalegre, A7, A11, Ip4, estradas na Estrela tudo Cortado! Baião, Cinfães, enfim....
